According to the details, an alternative to the chatting app WhatsApp has been introduced, Pakistan's first communication app 'Beep' has been launched.
Federal Minister IT Syed Aminul Haq inaugurated Beep application, Beep Pakistan is a fully Pakistani made chat application with audio, video, conference calling.
All Beep data will be stored in Pakistan, in the initial phase the app will be used by specific government officials.
After a one-month trial period, all government officers and employees will be able to use it.
It should also be opened for public use after one year of successful use.
